Served On-Tap
A – Pours a very clear and pale yellow, almost void of color, very light and quickly fading white head leaves behind minimal lacing.
S – Smells of slightly sweet malts and crackers, light sourness and tartness, salty.
T – Light sour apple notes, white vinegar, tart, bright, clean, not overly sour.
M – Light bodied, clean and quick finish, not super astringent.
O – Nice, but could use a bit more sourness and funk, refreshing enough.
