I was positively blown away by the sophistication of this rendition of a Frambroise. Nothing was heavy-handed...there was the proper amount of vinegary tartness and funk, alongside the perfect level of fresh raspberry flavor. The body was lean and elegant, and the aftertaste was dry and exceptionally long, always compelling me to take another sip. Definitely a winner!

Incredible taste of fresh raspberries, very tart with the requisite funk and horse blanket. The finish is remarkably clean, dry and refreshingly tart. This is probably my favorite example of this style, being both elegant and restrained, yet penetratingly flavorful. Great job, Eric!
