A Whiskey Barrel Aged Sour Red Ale.
Served On-Tap, 4 oz pour
A — Look is a very rich red hue with a slight tan colored head, leathery appearance almost.
S — Sharp acidity and whiskey notes initially, a little bit of a sharp cherry juice note as well.
T — Taste is puckery and dry with notes of cherries and lemons. Some whiskey character and barrel notes come through as well.
M — Medium bodied, with a lingering finish, exceptionally sharp and drying though.
O — Very nice, but a bit aggressive and sharp.
