Fruit: Washington grown organic strawberry Rainer and coral champagne cherries. (2lbs per gallon)
Grain: SVM Pilsner and unmalted wheat.
Hops: aged 6, 8, and 12 years.
Vessels: Coolship, grundys, and wine barrels
Bottle conditioned: Brettanomyces B/C and wildflower honey from Marie’s Bees in Bellingham
Tart Scale: 8/10
