Released in 2017, I just got around to opening my bottle a couple days ago. Cork and Caged 750 poured into 12oz tulip.Poured a clean, clear ruby brown color with very low carbonation and just a thin cap of tan head that quickly dissipated and left no lacing.
The aroma and taste was the same, tartness upfront (I don't think this was supposed to be a sour, but it might have been. Or, some of the native wild Deming yeast got in there anyway. The grain base was solid, and there was no hop aspect. A wee bit of a grape component as well.
The body was a bit thin, smooth, and had a finish that was tart and dry. Drinkability was OK, but I suspect would have been better fresher. Overall, a solid brew that I probably let sit too long.
