3rd version in our Brett IPA series with Standard Brewing. This time we used a thiolized yeast strain as well as a blend of brettanomyces strains and Phantasm powder. We mashed hopped it with Cascade and Motueka, kettle and dry hopped with Motueka and Nelson Sauvin. Malts: Linc Francin pilsner, wheat and flaked maize.

Ample, thick white head. Murky, grey water, with a tint of mauve, for the appearance. Bright herbal, citrus peel and pine aroma, with a touch of concord grape, for the aroma. Mildly tart, citra hop (grapefruit peel) bite and has a fairly light mouthfeel.
