The second edition of this blonde sour ale with Sweet Dream peaches focuses on the different black tea leaves used. Half the batch is aged in Port barrels with Chinese golden pu-erh tea leaves and the other half with Vietnamese yen bai tea leaves. This blend was then bottle conditioned with wildflower honey.

12.68oz bottle. Caged and corked. No exact bottling date information found but label identifies this as the 2nd edition 2021.
Cloudy, brownish red colored body. Off white fizzy head quickly disappears after the pour, but there remains an active surface storm for the thin ring. No lacing.
Aroma exudes with peach, black tea, and oak. Has funk and sweetness from the honey.
Taste is immediately sour, with black tea tannins, tart peaches, and sweet honey. Less funk than in the nose. Oak barrel. The flavors really swirl with each other. The bright flavors quickly fade in the aftertaste but lingers with a more earthy version of peach, tea, oak, and honey.
Medium mouthfeel. Dry finish. Good carbonation.
Nuanced sour ale with tart peach, earthy black tea and oak, and sweet honey.
