Malt-forward dubbel brewed with Franco Belge pale, white wheat, Special B & Caramel Munich 60. Aided by Dark Candy's D2 Belgian candy sugar that lends an unmistakable non-malt complexity. Fermented with lovely Belgian Ardennes yeast. Lightly hopped with Barbe Rouge, Saaz & Styrian Golding.
