Served on cask with bourbon cherries into a nonic glass.
A- Poured a light brown with huge ice cream style head that was khaki colored and left splashy lace.
S- Cocoa, molasses, sweet cherry, bready, and toffee notes.
T- Sweet bread, molasses, toffee, cocoa, sweet cherry, caramel and rich malty notes.
M- Very creamy, smooth, semi-dry finish, soft carbonation, and medium body.
O- A very nice old school porter that was a treat to have on cask. The sweet maraschino cherry notes really added a lot of depth to this otherwise very traditional porter.
