Blonde ales (or Golden Ales) are light, refreshing, and easy drinking. Chillbo Baggins is just that with the exception of one Northwest twist, the use of Wet Cascade hops from Crosby Farms. This Blonde ale begins with a wiff of piney fresh hops, follows with a very mild bitterness and ends with a refreshing cascade hop flavor, almost reminding you of a great pale ale.

Beer Name Explanation: Chillbo Baggins is an awesome and hilarious play on words that may or may not have anything at all to do with this beer style or release timing, but which is so witty and whimsical it simply could not not be used in association this beer style and release. Just kidding: this Blonde Ale with Wet Cascade Hops is meant to be enjoyed slowly. Sit back, chill out, find your own comfy shire and enjoy this hoppy, refreshing fall beer. Please note that any similarities in this name and the names of any persons, living or dead, real or imaginary, living in Shires or not living in Shires, is merely coincidental and should simply be chuckled at for such coincidence.
