Slightly hazy golden color with creamy, off-white head. Aroma has mostly sweet citrus fruits like oranges and tangerines. Taste follows, citrusy and hoppy, quite bitter in the middle and continues towards the finish and lingers on the aftertaste for a long time with grapefruit and pine. Medium body and carbonation, quite smooth on the palate. Overall it's a quite good IPA. Tasty and easy drinking.

12 oz can served cold into a pint glass. No date that I can see but purchased recently.
Hopollo 7 is a hazy pale golden orange. The head is thick at first but settles quickly.
Aroma is fresh and hoppy with grapefruit citrus.
Flavor is similarly hoppy but more bold than the aroma and great bitterness.
Mouthfeel medium bodied and nicely carbonated.
Overall a great NW IPA and well worth getting again.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a medium coppery amber with a one finger white head with good retention and lots of lacing. Aroma of mildly bready malt with a hint of caramel, citrus and dank hops, cantelope and melon, light tropical fruit, orange citrus. Flavor is mildly caramel and fruit forward malt, citrus, piney and lightly dank hops, mixed melon, light tropical fruit, orange citrus; finishes with nice mixed piney and citrus hops and an mild, interesting estery mystery fruit element. Medium bodied with light creaminess. A nicely balanced IPA with a supportive malt body that adds little distinct flavor, but integrates with the fruit flavors from the hops. Hop flavors start moderately and build into a satisfying, mixed fruit finish with the noted odd background fruit flavor that finished this nicely. Not a typical Northwest profile (although the hops lean that way), but flavorful and interesting. I liked this a lot. Looks, smells and tastes great.

Really solid beer. I was very pleasantly surprised. Great citrus presence. Awesome clean finish. Nice hope showcase without being too unbalanced. Finish a little dirtier than I would like.

This is an excellent IPA - full of hop flavor, it should be with 7, yet not too bitter or overpowering. Poured a 12 oz can into a standard pint glass. The head receded rather quickly, the beer looks a little flat. Nice amber color tho, and an aroma of citrus and mellon are present. The look and smell are not as important as the taste in my opinion though, this 7 hop medley is well balanced to bring that NW style of IPA to the right level. Pine, citrus, and spice all burst in your mouth. A crisp finish leaves your mouth happy & wanting more!

great beer here, poured from can, hop aroma came through almost immediatly. definetly more of the earthy tones ipa here with the dank pine hop taste characteristics being at the for front. not much citrus or tropical fruits here.
