draught
Sustained, lacy, creamy white head. Very clear, medium light gold look. Subtle, perfumed, floral aroma with some light toast malt, in support. Medium light bodied. Good solid herbal and somewhat floral bite, with a medium light toasted malt character, for the flavor.

12oz can (no date) poured into 14oz teku. Poured a lightly cloudy golden straw color with 2/3 inch of white head that quickly dissipated and left almost no lacing.
The aroma was solid malt, with some gentle floral hops in support.
The hops were a bit brighter on the tongue, with a bit of spicy bite, but there was also a sweetness that distracted the palate.
The body was fuller than I like in a Pils, and had a semi-sweet finish.
drinkability was fine, but not so good that I feel I need another.
Overall, solid but unremarkable.

It's alright definitely drinkable. Kind of has a Redhooky flavor, if you know what I mean. Zoiglhaus Pilsner is better.

i liked this one a lot, been too long since i had a new beer from these guys, but this is great, i had not seen it in colorado before now. its just a clean crisp pils, but a really good one, very much in the czech style, a total crusher. i like that craft lagers are becoming more popular, its nice to have a fresh cold snappy yellow beer from time to time, and this is exactly that. perfectly clear and beautifully refined pale golden brew with a lot of rising carbonation and a lasting inch of airy white foam, perfect for deep drinks and a beer mustache. smells and taste pretty classic for the style, clean fresh crackery grain, some minerals from the water profile, and a noble hopping at the end thats equal parts spicy and bitter, but very mild on the whole. its so fast finishing that i almost find myself drinking this one at a chug rate. no flaws at all here, just perfect drinking beer, great carbonation, just enough character from the lager yeast, and another beer ill buy again from oakshire...
