Aged in bourbon and then transferred to a single brandy cask. Coffee, vanilla beans, cinnamon, cocoa nibs and peppers. Adjuncts galore but my goodness what a complex and delightful finished product. IMO Oakshire's most ambitious and successful beer to date.
