22oz bottle poured into a tulip
A- pours brown in color with a ruby hue peeking through, small one-finger foamy off-white head reduces to a ring
S- plenty of barrel notes up front, with wet oak, barrel juice, booze & plenty of caramel. Undertones of booze soaked raisins, figs, molasses & toffee
T- sweet and malty up front with a blast of sweet caramel that is quickly followed by dark fruit notes of fig & raisin. Mid-palate brings out the barrel, adding oaky bourbon, vanilla and enhancing the caramel. The finish gives more caramel and dark fruits, with a boozy bourbon note sticking around on the linger
M- medium body with moderate carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel that turns slightly creamy into the finish
