Had on-tap at Roscoes Fresh Hop Ale Summit
- Copper amber-like brew, somewhat clear that I could see.. decent frothy foam, small ring.. thin blanket of fizz..'
- Stinky grassy and earthy hops, malts.. bitter pine, caramel and bready malts...
- Smooth, malty... caramel and some other funky malts... pine and grassy hops... earthy... balanced...
- Light to med. bodied, well carbonated... slightly sticky... chewy.
- Overall decent.. but in the world of fresh hop beers at the time that I had it... it didn't really stand out.

On-tap at Belmont Station.
All fresh Chinook hops.
Good hop nose with plenty of pine & rind, which is also echoed in the flavour. Plenty of leafy hop goodness, with an assertive bitterness. Moderate body has a crisp finish. If you like Chinook, you'll love this one.
