After spending a year enveloped in the darkness of freshly emptied Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels, this robust Russian Imperial Stout has emerged. It offers a smooth finish that lingers with notes of dark chocolate, cherry, and oak.

This is very densely flavored with massive notes of dark chocolate and sweet, sweet bourbon taking center stage. The middle dries out quite a bit though the chocolate doesn't fade much, it just gets roastier. Plenty of spicy oak at the finish that leaves a lingering cinnamon note. This is dang tasty, thanks Ryan!
