Ruby Waves is everything you want in a hoppy red. We started with a foundation of American grown malt and a tad bit of wheat. Varying layers of crystal malted, including Crystal Red Rye, are added to bring out a deep ruby red color. It is hopped in the kettle with Centennial, Chinook, and Columbus, while the dry-hop sees Citra, Centennial, and Amarillo. With the solid malt backbone, the hops make waves with each sip, bringing pleasant notes of citrus, grapefruit, and pine.
