Hefe Weissbier is modeled after the classic Bavarian wheat beer and released at the pinnacle of summer for optimal indulging weather! True to tradition, we use only the finest German malt, including nearly 50% German wheat. Hopped with German-grown Select, we then ferment with a classic Hefeweizen strain to bring out an array of banana and clove esters in the aroma. It pours a hazy yellow with a huge fluffy head.
