Italian Pilsner

A hybrid style of sorts originally created by Birrificio Italiano, these insanely drinkable lagers have all the crispness of classic German Pilsner with a bursting aroma from dry-hopping. We built our take on the style with a base of floor-malted German pilsner malt. We hopped the beer with German-grown Select and Saphir and finished it with a dry-hop of German Monroe. Bright and effervescent, our Italian Pilsner is the perfect beer for the warm spring days!
