A traditionally brewed German-Style Dark Lager, Schwarzbier was brewed with a combination of Weyermann Pilsner and specialty malts. The use of a debittered black malt provides a rich, dark and opaque black color while a long and slow fermentation creates a smooth, approachable, and deceptively drinkable lager. Schwarzbier has a full body and mouthfeel that finishes with a refreshingly crisp bite leaving your palate asking for another sip.
