Poured at Oakshire beer dinner at Wildwood PDX, 10.21.11.
Deep gold clear body, 1/2 finger white head, quick dissipation with marginal lacing. The Belgian yeast is prominent in the nose, some coriander floral and spicy hops. Taste mirrors nose, pretty hoppy but a bit muddled, some bubble gum notes, pilsener malts, fairly clean except for the cloying sweetness. Mouthfeel is medium, decent effervescence, fairly dry finish. Probably my least favorite beer of the night.
