Served from the growler into a tulip glass
A- Poured a dark murky brown/orange color with a fluffy off-white head that left glass coating lace
S- Big banana and spicy yeast notes, bubblegum, fruity esters, and some brett like character
T- Big banana notes, spicy yeast character, some bubblegum, orange citrus, and some graininess. Some pretty big hop character in the aftertaste.
M- Lighter bodied, soft carbonation, smooth, finishes semi-dry
O- This is a very flavorful belgian style ale with big yeast character and a nice gentle hop presence. Really nice low ABV session belgian ale. Glad I picked up a growler of it.
