On tap at Dukkos Itallian. From notes written 2/20/13
A: hazy pale ale gold although rather clear for a wheat beer. Half an inch of stark white head leaving decent lacing and an excellent cap.
S: sweet light citrus, tropical fruit (pineapple), and honey aroma. Clearly dry hopped with the experimental hop the aroma is steong and very enticing. Some other fruit note I can't quite put my finger on, apricot maybe.
T: fresh fruity flavors follow nose. Juicy peach and pineapple with that apricot again. Starts swee which makes it taste almost like fruit juice with all the smells and hop flavors then finishes bitter with a lingering fruity sweetness. The wheat is downplayed I think.
M; standard pale body nothing mind blowing but this beer is to showcawe the hop so mouthfeel isn't as important
O: great showcase for the experimental hop. The nugget bitter is neutral so the 01210 can shine. In the notes I wrote I hope they use it again and last night I wrote a review of the next single batch beer in their line Spring Forth which uses 01210 and 63000 (from Black Moon Rye-Sin')

Served on tap into a pint glass
A- Poured a dark golden color, hazy, white head that left glass coating lace
S- Pineapple, floral hops, orange citrus, and grapefruit notes.
T- Big punch of pineapple, melon, and floral hops up front. Kind of mild from the middle to the finish. Big pungent grapefruit hop aftertaste,
M- Soft carbonation, very smooth, pretty dry finish
O- This beer uses an experimental hop variety and I would love to have another beer that uses this variety. Very sessionable beer, actually surprised the ABV was not even lower.
