Served on tap into a snifter
A- Poured a very nice clear golden color with bright white head that left no lace.
S- Some tropical fruit, slightly musty and funky brett character, and light bubblegum.
T- Very balanced flavor profile with lemon and tropical fruit notes, musty and slightly funky brett character, bubblegum, some malt sweetness, and pretty big chalky yeast character.
M- Soft carbonation, very refreshing, and semi-dry finish.
O- A very nice easy to drink belgian ale with nice brett character but not an overwhelming funk or sourness that I have gotten out of other brett beers.
