I stopped by Eola on the way to Midland and Mark had just put the porter on tap.
A - Poured up dark brown to black with ruby highlight and a thick tan head that dissipated quickly to a smooth cap.
S - Smells of roasted malts and chocolate.
T - Starts off with a little chocolate and finishes with roasted malt and sweet coffee flavors in the finish.
M - It has a creamy mouthfeel, and is full bodied.
D - I thought it was good enough to have two before hitting the road again. A really good, pleasant beer!
