A: 2 fingers, small bubble, relatively even head. Strawberry brown, no visible internal carbonation. Quickly disappating head.
S: Strawberry fruit roll up though mild and pleasant (not artificial and sweet).
T: There's a strawberry fruit roll up flavor, but mild and very pleasant. Not particularly sweet, light and only a tad bitter in the aftertaste. Unlike any German beer I've ever had. Slightly tangy.
M: Very smooth with a soft but distinct sting.
O: Excellent. Very special.

Amber brown beer, a little cloudy, that pulls to red. Beige foam very thin and compact, not too high (2 fingers), but very persistent.
The smell is characterized by caramelized malt, net, strong, but keeps within the limits without becoming too cloying. It also perceives a light biscuit.
The taste is nice full-bodied and round, with caramel malts and biscuits (more noticeable than into the smell), still not too tired.
The same notes are also traceable in the aftertaste, where you can find little nuts too.
Definitely this is a good Dunkel.
