A: Bright cloudy yellow/orange with fluffy white head. Beautiful color.
S: Oddly a lot like mead. A bit yeasty and fruity and a hair sour.
T: Extremely fresh and natural flavor and very unlike other hefe's I've had. Soft malts, a tad sour and full flavored.
M: Initially flat, but then comes the carbonation sting.
D: Great. A bit heavy and filling but a very good beer.

Had it again, there was a bubble gum/rootbeer quality to the flavor, which could be a turn off but I found that it worked well.
