12 oz bottle into a pint glass.
Pours a clearp copper, with a finger of fizzy off-white head. This quickly just completely fizzles out, eventually going dead, with no head or lacing to speak of. The aroma has a light sweetness going on with it, mostly sticky smelling with notes of bread and citric hops. Lightly floral as well, with maybe even some corn character showing itself to.
The taste is very sweet at first, with some definite cornn bread action going with this. Big splash of citrus as well, with lime jumping out at me the most. A moderate amount of drying bitterness pulls up the back, helping to balance out some of that big sweetness. As a matter of fact, the hops really come out to play as this warms, offering a sharpness to the profile that wasn't intially there. The mouthfeel is lighter bodied, with a relatively crisp nature to the carbonation and a fairly quenching feel overall.
Moderately flavorful and easydrinking, with the hops and citrus giving this a crisp and refreshing quality. Called a "Mexican Lager" on the bottle, I initially pegged this as a Vienna Lager. This contained some characteristics though, that could swing it out into some other style categories. Someone can feel free to change it if they can get a better handle on it.
