Sample courtesy of weeare138 (via trade). Thanks!

Poured a deep and hazy amber color with a smaller sized off white head.

Aromas of strong cardamom, coriander, cherries, and light brett. Tastes of some dark fruits, light brett, citrus and light yeast.

Poured a hazy, reddish amber color with a small, light tan head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of vanilla, tangerine, cardamom, medicinal cherries, and brett. Taste of brett, citrus fruits, some earthy yeast, a faint tartness, and a light hoppiness as well. Thanks to grassrootsvt for the sample!

Much thanks to grassrootsvt for the hand filled bottle via the brewer.
Appears a hazy amber with a small off-white head that lasts. Decent amounts of lacing appears around the glass.
Smell if of cardamom, mild coriander, cinnamon, brown sugar, and perhaps a hint of the brett that was added to the mix, along with a mild hint of leather in the background.
Taste is of the same aromas mentioned above.
mouthfeel is smooth & mildly spicy.
Drinkability...this was bottled on my two year wedding anniversary, 10/11/05. I think it aged decently over a 5 month period. Would've liked to have seen more of a brett character but not too shabby overall. Shaun E. Hill continues to show people what he's made of and has seriously put The Shed on the map as far as serious East coast breweries are concerned.
