Look : Festive amber color, 70% opaque.
Smell : Toasted malts, bread crusts. Not too loud or plentiful.
Taste : Burnt stale malts, alcohol burn, old hop. Nothing really of value here.
Feel : Light to medium bodied, well-carbonated, semi-dry finish.
Overall : I did not like this beer too well. Too much alcohol burn to cover up stale malts and stale hop. Many better Doppelbocks on tap and out there in general.
