Inspired by Guy Clark’s intense and personal storytelling, we bring you our next installment in our Lost Songwriter Series. We used large rations of Mosaic and Citra hops for this IPA. A no-nonsense malt bill and the house Kölsch yeast put these hops in the spotlight. Rated 1/19/2020. Don't remember too much about this beer, though at the time I gave it a high rating so must have been quite good. Don't even remember where I had it. 50 IBUs

Resinous haze from the fresh mosaic and citra. One finger of cream coloured head. Blueberry, pine and strawberry aroma. Strawberry, apricot, lime and blueberry flavour. Beautiful. Resinous and dry finish. Masterful wet hop ipa.
