Clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the Wander tulip. Sudsy mouthfeel with a zingy sensation. Aroma of toast and a hint of lemon zest. Some dark leafy flavors and a resiny finish.
Overall this is a highly quaffable and friendly hoppy brew. Moderate bitterness with a mineral tang in the aftertaste. To add to the pleasure, a little malty sweetness lingers on the lips. From the refillable 500 ml bottle purchased at Haggen Market. Dated 12/28/20.
