On-tap; hazy pale straw with mild lacing. Snappy fruity character, stone fruit, some notes of grapefruit, hints of pine and mild pungency. Nice bitterness and dryness on the finish.

truly phenomenal beer, wonderful to have it at the brewery too, so fresh and delicious, and the hop profile is unique which makes this stand out from the crowd, harder and harder to do in this style these days. this is starchy whitewashed straw colored beer, fairly thick looking but soft as can be, frothy and alive, and fills the glass really nicely. aroma here is tropical and distinct, lemongrass and coconut to me, under ripe melon and peach maybe too, and some botanical herbal freshness as well, real cool. the flavor is totally hop driven, the grain seems to be there purely for body and texture, wheaty for sure, maybe oats too with this level of smoothness, great carbonation too, it drinks light for a hazy. the hops show similar flavors that they present in the nose, green melon rind, chamomile, vanilla, lemongrass, maybe a little passion fruit and pineapple candy, its a summery profile which is cool in this hot weather, refreshing even for the style. its mostly dry hopped but it does have a little bitterness, and its nowhere near oversaturated, bold as it is. really impressive beer here, i could have stayed and had a half dozen of these pretty easily. among their best hoppy beers to date in my experience!
