Imperial pint at the taproom, Porter a Go-Go is dark brown with no head, leaving very light skim and lace. Looks thick.
Smell is sweetish malts, caramel and chocolate.
Taste is pretty good but a little generic. Some charred malt and baker's chocolate, bitter sweet, with a hint of diacetyl
Mouthfeel is slick but chewy, medium bodied. I'd prefer more chocolate or sweetness, or less bitterness.
Mouthfeel is slick, medium bodied.
Drinkability is ok, just an average porter to me, not flawed really, but forgettable.
