Dark orange brew (English Marris Otter malt) with piles of foam floating in the Stella Artois goblet. Brewed with an experimental hop HBC 630. Aromatic with bread and a hint of strawberry. Flavor is full of berries, but all light and elegant. After some sipping it seems to be dark cherry. Some tanginess but little bitterness.
Starts with a slight sweet note and finishes dry. Less bitter and citrusy than typical IPAs. This is a lovely and flavorful hoppy brew that is a pleasure to drink with that strawberry nose. From the 500 ml refillable bottle purchased at Elizabeth Station.
