Taster at Growler Guys. Pale yellow pour, ring of head, solid lacing. Light grapefruit aroma. Taste is light, citrusy, grapefruit peel. Finishes fast.

Brewed with a Kviek yeast strain; hops ae listed as Comet and Citra. Attractive pile of foam on the hazy brew in the big IPA glass. Very intriguing aromatics with orange and some funky under-the-sink notes. Tastes of orange peel plus arugula.

Moderate bitterness and more than enough of the harsh and acidic NEIPA business. Good hops gone semi-bad. From the refillable half-litre bottle purchased at Elizabeth Station.

a new hazy in collaboration with gigantic, couple of the best getting after it here. its a neat hazy, lighter to drink than its dense frosted look would suggest, majorly fresh, boasting a pretty unique hop profile, and even bringing a little something on the fermentation side, quite complex and well rounded as a result. i get some citra here for sure, but not sure what else, it smells fantastic, lemon curd and green tea and some orange, maybe a hint of coconut too in the nose, maybe a touch green, but not in a negative way. the flavor is really nice too, quite fruity and sort of southern hemisphere to me. pineapple, meyer lemon, a touch of earthy spiciness, and then big bright nectarine and orange, yum. slightly estery to me on the yeast side, almost saison-esque late, but subtle, a hint of white wine, especially with the hops, but then drying in a hurry on the swallow. neat complexion here. the grain base is cereals and bread to me, simple, clean, of decent substance. i love the aftertaste too. this is a cool fusion of the personalities of both of these breweries in a single beer, and very modern too, glad to be able to drink this on tap!
