A - Off the tap into a pint glass at the taproom. Opaque brown color with a thick dirty white head that held nicely.
S - Smells like a Christmas spice rack with some wet malt mixed in.
T - A good initial spice: nutmeg and clove mostly; followed by rich malt with a nice bitter foundation throughout. Very impressed by the balance with the spices.
M - Surprisingly clean and refreshing. Maybe not exactly true to style but it worked nicely. Light carbonation.
O - Quite enjoyable. This beer would be perfect for wintertime.
