Look: Clear medium amber in color with a nice-looking, frothy off-white head that settles to a lid, leaving great lacing behind
Aroma: Toasted and freshly baked bread, light earthy hop notes, caramel, cereal grains, and some toffee
Taste: Toffee and caramel notes join forces up front and quickly develop depth. Bread and cereal grains seep into the malt sweetness and balance it out, also joined by earthy hop notes. Closes with earthiness and bready malt
Mouthfeel: Full but lighter feeling, clean, medium-high carbonation, and clean and crisp on the finish with a lightly dry note
Overall: This is tasty stuff. An underrated style and one I love and wish more brewers made. A nice malty base with plenty of caramel and toffee and nice earthy balance. Delicious and I hope to see this again
