For our 16th Anniversary, we return we return to one of our favorite Belgian yeast strains. This copper hued tripel holds strong and dry with clean esters of fresh bread, light clove, and allspice, wrapped in a tenacious effervescence. We're still here, thanks to you.

This beer pours a dark golden color with minimal head that stays for a while with some lacing. It has a strong aroma with a light Belgian yeast coming through. I like the stronger beers because of the flavors and this one does not disappoint. I'm not a big fan of the Belgian yeast taste, but this is light enough that it is really good. 16 IBUs
