Collaboration with Goschie Farms
Goschie Farms has been a pillar of the brewing community for over 100 years. We chose to use their Cascade, Centennial, and Fuggle hops, along with their Pure Oregon Malt. Crisp and balanced, this IPA will remind you of where IPAs came from.
Note: 1904 is the year Goschie Farms began growing hops in the Willamette Valley.

Clear orange amber with plenty of foam in the tumbler. Smells of leaf mold and orange peels. Tangy and woody with a touch of sweetness. But mostly this is just terribly bitter. It tastes seriously overhopped, even the flavors are so intensely herbaceous and woody even before the tongue-stabbing bitterness. I don't think this is "where IPAs came from"-- this is where they went to die. Disappointing because trying new brews from DM is usually rewarding. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at Elizabeth Station. "Ale filled on" date not legible.
