First had: on tap at their brewpub
Labeled as a "Belgian red ale," Ingle Bells (named after an abbreviation of a Belgian town), poured a light reddish-brown with a small white head that left some patchy lacing. Smell of light sugars and light fruits...pretty basic. Taste of light fruits, followed quickly by a cascade of spicy yeast, and a lingering taste of banana chips. Medium-bodied, not overly amazing, but still quick drinkable.
