This one goes out to Jen Wolf, an awesome brewer and an even better human. She passed away this year from an aggressive cancer. This was her recipe, originally called “Breakfast for Champs”. A classic true Bavarian Hefe, with light ripe banana and allspice that is crisp and uniquely satisfying. Life is Short. Drink it up.

Taster flight at brewery. Cloudy golden pour, sturdy, cremay white head. Aroma is yeasty, notes of banana, savory bits. Taste is normal weizen flavors, bubblegum, clove, all with a nice creamy feel.
