\Very dark but clear red-brown body with good clarity and an excellent and durable off-white head.
Aroma. moderately strong and slightly unappealing.
Flavor: lacks balance and refinement; Mild-medium bitterness, despite being overly sweet up front, with a trace of tartness.
Mouthfeel: smooth and somewhat creamy; not as soft as optimal.
