Now flies under the name Palm Beach Brewing Company Amberjack.
Looks good. Orange with only a slight haze and a nice 1 finger white head that dissipates quickly, leaving absolutely zero lacing.
Smells good, biscuity and sweet maltiness. Almost reminds me of a bock with the smell. Also a little booze and some hops and some skinniness.
Taste is pretty much not worth it. Its EXTREMELY metallic tasting until it warms just short of room temperature. Then it loses the metallic taste and picks up a fruity, almost apricot and banana flavor. If this beer could get that flavor cold and maybe a touch more hops it would be good.
Nice and carbonated, slips down the tongue. Almost a little too sweet once it warms.
Drinkaibility is not there. I don't mind drinking beers at the proper temperatures, but just shy of room temperature to get this thing down doesn't cut it.

From notes 8/10/13: Pours a clear deep amber producing 2+ fingers of beige, frothy somewhat lasting head that leaves thin, motes and pasty drizzle like lace. Aroma is thin bready, toasted malt, a little caramel, a metallic hint and not much else. Taste is bready roast with a burnt hint, watery cola-like caramel, floral hops and a hint of pine resin; mildly acetic and metallic. Finish is a little peppery with thin caramel and lingering astringency in the aftertaste. Both finish and aftertaste are slightly bitter. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, moderate carbonation with a peppery bite in the finish and some astringency in the aftertaste. Thin, watery mediocre example of the style.

Has a good golden color and carbonation. Sweet malt smell, citrus taste. The mouthfeel I found more than pleasant - and not metallic. I am mainly reviewing this beer because it is perfectly drinkable and way better than a typical macrobrew. It is plenty refreshing, not bitter, and excellent for a session. The other reviews are WAY too low, in my opinion. Good easy-drinking stuff here, the kind that deserves fair rating. Not everything needs to be a hop bomb. If you like Shiner Bock and the like, this is the kind of stuff you might well enjoy.

C. Clear
H. Copper in color
N. Malty and biscuity, very light odor if any at all.
Damn, I feel bad, I have my friend in town get excited about doing some tastings with him, and I serve him this...damn this beer is horrible. In my defense it was given to me a "gift" from friend, well now I think I understand why they gave it to me and didn't have me buy it myself. The beer has little to no flavor at all. I almost feel like I am drinking water the color of beer. Just bland from the minute I poured it into the glass. I support local breweries but this was a huge dud for the Florida Beer Company.
This is a beer that gives Florida Beers a bad name. Please stay away from this beer at all costs!

Bottle sampled at the brewery. Medium yellow, carbonation bubbles, and some head. Basic beer, malt job and a bit of taste though a beer smell. Light mouthfeel, overcarbonated. Redkneck beer again. I don't really want this on a hot day unless the water supply is infected.

Appearance: Light golden color, little head
Smell: Smell? Very mild, almost didn't notice it.
Taste: Very plain, had very little taste. Reminded me of a light beer you would drink in college on a budget.
Mouthfeel: Since it had no distinct features, flavors, smells, etc. it was very smooth and plain on the tongue.
Drinkability: If you are looking for a beer that reminds you of water...here you go. It was smooth, but had no distinct offerings for the palate. Very simple.
