look: 3.25 | smell: 2.75 | taste: 2.75 | feel: 2.5 | overall: 2.75
Bottle: Poured a clear light darker amber color ale with a nice generous foamy head with average retention and some minor lacing. Aroma of light pungent hops with some weird spices and herbs notes is not the most exciting. Taste is also dominated by weird herbs notes which doesn’t really mix in well with the pungent hops and non-descript malt. Body is about average with good carbonation. I am really not sure what was the goal here but this is not really an interesting experiment.
