Appearance: Brownish copper, with red highlights. The head was creamy and grey-white.
Smell: Crushed caramel malt, it smells exactly like boiled wort, like the vapors right over the kettle. Some hop aromas, herbal and a touch smokey.
Taste: Mid-High carbonation (surprising for a nitro pour), and the mouthfeel and overall taste is pretty watery, like diluting dried malt extract with a little spritzer water. Maybe a little bit of roasted flavors but nothing that really pops out. Semi-sweet finish, and no hops anywhere. A little disappointing for a usually pretty forgiving style.
