I had this on tap at the Brasserie on Orleans Island (Ile d'Orleans). In short, this was one of the best beers I've ever had.
Poured with a lumpy head and left good lace. The color was light straw (with a touch of green) and was crystal clear.
If there is one weakness, it would be the aroma. It was faint smells of lemon zest and hop.
The taste is a complete surprise. Despite the color and aroma, this is a full-bodied and full-flavored ale. Generous hops balance the lighter malts. Unusually complex flavor.
Simply put, this is an exceptional beer.

Bottle: Poured a deep golden color ale with a nice big foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of unrefined grain is a bit disappointing. Taste is a mix between some sweet malt and some unrefined grain which is more or less pleasant. Body is about average with some good carbonation. I thought this was probably the most disappointing beer from this new brewery.
