8 months old bottle.

A: Average looking Witbier. Nothing special here. Normal hazy orange color with a good white head.

S: Cinnamon, cloves are the spices coming to mind. Some wheat as expected. Also some citrus peel aromas. Some faint banana, not sure. Interesting.

T: Cloves are still there, cinnamon is much less present. Banana sweetness is stronger as well as the citrus peel flavors/bitterness. Wheat is much more dominant too. Not much hops as expected.

M: Mid to high mouthfeel. Nice creamy characteristics. Light bodied. A tad watery. Perfect for summer temperatures.

D: Drinks easy like a summer brew should.
