On-tap 11/11/2016 at British Beer Company in Walpole, MA, served in a nonic pint glass.
A: The beer is a light gold color, with a large off-white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains strong piney hops, fruity citrus and light caramelized malts.
T: The taste starts out with a strong burst of floral hops bitterness followed by some fruity citrus sweetness. The malt character is hearty but not too heavy and brings a good balance. The after-taste is slightly hoppy and slightly sweet.
M: Very crisp and very smooth, light-to-medium body, medium carbonation, finish is clean.
O: Tasty, goes down very easily, not too filling, mild kick, good “session” representation of style, this is a very solid IPA to drink for a long time.
