On-tap 4/30/2017 at British Brewing Company in Walpole, MA, served in a US tumbler pint glass.
A: The beer is a light yellow color, with a short white head that fades slowly and leaves a thin lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains fruity citrus, floral hops and light caramelized malts.
T: The taste starts out with a nice burst of floral hops bitterness that is quickly followed by a strong citrus sweetness. The malt character is on the thin side for the style but brings a good balance. The after-taste is slightly hoppy and slightly sweet.
M: Crisp and smooth, light-to-medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, decent kick, good representation of style, this is a solid IPA to drink for a long while.
